These regulations are one of several documents in effect and in force within the village that govern the use and development of land. Other applicable and relevant documents include but not limited to the Comprehensive Plan; Subdivision Ordinance; Zoning Ordinance; Development Within Floodplain Areas Ordinance; Water Regulations; Sewer Regulations; and Stormwater Management Ordinance. Where and if the provisions of these documents conflict, the stricter of the regulations shall apply. For areas outside the corporate limits of the Village, the Champaign County Zoning Ordinance; the Champaign County Special Flood Hazard Area Ordinance; and the regulations of the Sangamon Valley Public Water District may be applicable, in addition to applicable Village Ordinances.
