§ 134.04 UNLAWFUL USE OF IDENTIFICATION.
   (A)   For the purposes of this section, IDENTIFICATION CARD means a written form of identification containing date of birth issued by a public officer in the performance of official duties and shall include, but shall not be limited to the following:
      (1)   Driver’s license or permit;
      (2)   University or other school identification;
      (3)   Department of Public Aid identification;
      (4)   Armed forces identification; and/or
      (5)   Federal Selective Service registration certificate.
   (B)   A person shall be guilty of unlawful use of identification if that person:
      (1)   Allows or permits the use of his or her identification card by another person who is under the age of 21 years;
      (2)   Is under the age of 21 years and possesses the identification card of another; or
      (3)   Alters or defaces the date of birth or name on his or her identification card or the identification card of another.
