It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any licensee or permittee under this chapter to fail to immediately notify the Police Department of the village of any violation of the Criminal Code of 1961 (ILCS Ch. 720, Act 5, §§ 1-1 et seq.) or any other criminal laws of the state or of any violation of any of the ordinances of the village relating to quasi-criminal offenses which occur on or in the licensed or permitted premises.
