§ 110.062 MINORS AS MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any licensee or permittee under this chapter to permit or allow any person under the age of 18 to be in charge of any licensed or permitted premises when any such premises is open to the public for business.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any licensee or permittee under this chapter to permit or allow any person under the age of 18 to sell any alcoholic liquor, to attend the bar or to draw, pour or mix any alcoholic liquor on the licensed or permitted premises. This section shall not prohibit a minor employee of a Class A, M, P or PS licensee from assisting a customer with sold packaged alcoholic liquor to the customer”s vehicle on or adjacent to the premises where sold.
