(A) It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any licensee of any license issued pursuant to this chapter to fail to cause the licensee’s license or licenses, except Class CA, T-1 or T-2 licenses, to be framed and hung in plain view in a conspicuous place within the licensed premises.
(B) Class CA. T-1 or T-2 licenses shall be kept on the licensed premises and available for inspection.
