§ 110.015 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful and a violation of this section for any person to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor in the village either without having a valid license therefor pursuant to this subchapter or in violation of the terms of the license or this chapter.
