§ 93.38 TEMPORARY POSSESSION OF ABANDONED OR UNCLAIMED VEHICLE, AND THE LIKE; NOTIFICATION OF POLICE.
   When a person comes into temporary possession of an abandoned, lost, stolen vehicle, or unclaimed vehicle, not the owner of the vehicle, that person shall immediately notify the Police Department. The Police Department shall tow and impound the vehicle in accordance with provisions established in this subchapter.
