§ 70.10 CERTAIN VEHICLES IN AREAS OTHER THAN RESIDENCE DISTRICTS.
   (A)   No person shall park any truck exceeding 8,000 pounds gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR), truck trailer, semitrailer, pole trailer, trailer, bus, recreational vehicle or boat on any street or highway in any area of the village other than in a residence district for a longer period than four hours or for such time as is necessary for the reasonably expeditious loading or unloading of the vehicle.
   (B)   The provisions of this section shall not be applicable to any vehicle which has as its primary purpose: the excavation of earth from, the placement of construction materials on, or the removal of debris or earth from a site for which a permit for the activity has been issued by the village for the construction, installation, maintenance or repair of any physical improvement upon a site; when any vehicle is parked on or immediately adjacent to the site during any like activity.
   (C)   Any violation of this section is a Class B violation.
