§ 70.08 VEHICLES; PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person shall park any motor vehicle on private property without the consent of the owner of the private property.
   (B)   No person shall park any vehicle on private property except on a weed-free surface made of gravel, crushed stone, asphalt, Portland Cement concrete or brick pavers as approved by the Zoning Administrator. Unless located on a commercially zoned lot, no person shall park any motor vehicle in the front yard of any lot containing a residential structure, except on a driveway which complies with the requirements of this section.
   (C)   No owner, occupant or person in control of private property shall knowingly allow or permit any vehicle to be parked on private property except on a weed-free surface made of gravel, crushed stone, asphalt, Portland Cement or brick pavers as approved by the Zoning Administrator. Unless located on a commercially zoned lot, no owner, occupant or person in control of private property shall knowingly allow or permit any vehicle to be parked in the front yard of any residential structure except on a driveway which complies with the requirements of this section.
   (D)   Any violation of this section is a Class B violation.
