(A) No person shall park a vehicle upon any street or highway for the principal purpose of:
(1) Displaying the vehicle for sale;
(2) Washing, greasing or repairing the vehicle, except repairs necessitated by an emergency; or
(3) Selling merchandise from the vehicle.
(B) Any violation of this section shall be a Class A violation.
