Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and provided a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations. The village may revoke any permit for sewage disposal or terminate waste disposal service as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter. The village may turn off water service as a result of any violation of any provision of this chapter.
