(A) The officers of the village are hereby authorized and directed to execute, acknowledge, deliver and accept, as appropriate, all documents and instruments desirable or necessary to effect the performance in connection with this chapter. The President, Village Administrator, Village Clerk, Treasurer, and other officials and employees of the village are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of the village to do such things as may be necessary or desirable to carry out the transactions contemplated by this chapter without further act or deed on the part of the corporate authorities.
