§ 54.049 ADOPTION OF RATES.
   Rates and charges to users of the water and wastewater facilities of the village shall be adopted under separate ordinance. The separate ordinance shall be revised and published as necessary to assure that adequate and appropriate revenues are generated to meet the financial needs of the wastewater and water facilities of the village.
