§ 54.047 CALCULATION OF CHARGES.

Charges based on billable flow of users shall be determined by dividing annual costs by the annual billable flow of all water and wastewater users and annual billable flow of all water users. Charges based on users shall be determined by dividing annual costs by the total number of users connected to the water and wastewater facilities of the village.
