§ 54.045 ANNUAL BILLABLE FLOW SUMMARY.

The Village Collector shall annually cause to be prepared a summary of annual billable flow of all users of the water and wastewater facilities of the village according to the following four user groups: residential; commercial; institutional/governmental; and industrial.
