§ 54.018 BILLABLE FLOW.

Billable flow shall be utilized to determine various charges for the use of the wastewater facilities of the village. The basis for billable flow shall be metered water consumption as read from water meters or from other village approved flow measuring devices as modified by a waste strength adjustment procedure.
