(A) (1) Any person who shall continue any violation of this chapter, unless otherwise specified, beyond the time limit provided for in the written notice of the violation, shall be guilty of an offense and upon conviction thereof shall be fined an amount not greater than $500, but not less than $100 for each violation. Each day in which the violation exists or continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
(2) In addition, the village may recover reasonable attorney’s fees, expert’s fees, court costs and other expenses of litigation by appropriate suit at law against the person found to have violated or cause to have violated this chapter or the orders, rules, regulations and permits issued hereunder.
(B) Any violator of the provisions of § 52.134 shall be punished by a fine of not more than $500, but not less than $100 for each violation.
