§ 52.138 VALIDITY OF CHAPTER.

If any section, paragraph, clause, or provision of this chapter shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the illegality, invalidity, or unenforceability of that section, paragraph, clause, or provision shall not affect any of the remaining provisions of this chapter.
