§ 52.131 LIABILITY OF VIOLATOR.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss or damage occasioned by the village by reasons of the violation, including reasonable attorney fees incurred by the village in the enforcement of this chapter.
