§ 52.112 PETITION.

Any user seeking a variance from any requirement of this chapter shall do so by filing a petition for variance with the Village Administrator or Village Clerk. Within 30 days of receipt of the petition, a hearing shall be held before the Board of Trustees and the burden of proof shall be on the petitioner to demonstrate the need for a variance.
