§ 52.091 DESIGN, MATERIALS, AND CONSTRUCTION.

All design and construction criteria shall conform with the current Illinois Environmental Protection Agency regulations and the Recommended Standards for Waterworks (Ten State Standards), latest edition, and the requirements of the Standard Specifications for Water and Sewer Main Construction in Illinois, latest edition, and the Village of Mahomet’s Infrastructure Design Manual.
