(A) A charge set from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees will be made for turning on water or for resetting a meter where the service has been discontinued due to violation of these rules and regulations. Application for turning on water or for resetting a meter where the service has been discontinued shall be made in writing at the Village Office, on forms furnished by the village.
(B) A charge set from time to time by resolution of the Village Board of Trustees will be made for turning on water services disconnected at the owner’s request.
(C) At no time shall water be turned on at a service connection without a permanent meter in place.
