(A) Administrative rules and construction standards. The village may, from time to time, adapt administrative rules which implement, interpret and clarify the requirements of this chapter. Further, the village may adopt construction standards which provide minimum requirements regarding the construction of common elements of stormwater detention and drainage facilities. All persons shall comply with these administrative rules and construction standards to the same extent as they are required to comply with this chapter.
(B) Infrastructure Design Manual. The Infrastructure Design Manual adopted from time to time by the Board of Trustees of the village contains the technical requirements and construction standards applicable to the design and construction of stormwater detention and drainage facilities in a manner consistent with this chapter. The Infrastructure Design Manual may be altered or modified by the village from time to time as set forth in the established procedures for its amendment. Applicants shall comply with the requirements of the Infrastructure Design Manual as a part of the implementation of this chapter.
