(A) It shall be a violation of this subchapter to place any soil, sod, stones, brick or other construction materials, grass, weeds, hedge apples and similar seed pods/fruit, root masses from plants, shrubs or trees, flocked/decorated holiday trees, household refuse and construction materials on public right-of-way for collection through the Village Landscape Waste Collections Programs.
(B) It shall be a violation of this subchapter to place materials for collection through the Village of Mahomet Landscape Waste Collections Program that exceed size or volume restrictions outlined in this subchapter.
(C) It shall be a violation of this subchapter to place materials for collection generated from a complete tree removal.
(D) It shall be a violation of this subchapter to place materials for collection through the Village Landscape Waste Collections Programs on or block public street pavements, public sidewalk pavements or public drainage facilities.
(E) It shall be a violation of this subchapter to place materials for collection through the Village Landscape Waste Collections Programs more than seven days prior to the scheduled and announced collection day.
(F) It shall be a violation of this subchapter to place materials for collection through the Village Landscape Waste Collection Programs, which are not gathered from the property in which the materials are placed for collection within the village.
(G) It shall be a violation of this subchapter for the use of the Landscape Waste Collection Program by landscapers, arborists and similar professions for property maintenance services conducted on behalf of residents and property owners within the village.
