Any person or entity using the village logo, or a variation thereof, in a manner inconsistent with § 30.01(C) shall be subject to a minimum mandatory fine of not less than $100 or more than $750 per day. Each day that the unauthorized use continues shall constitute a separate and distinct violation or offense.
