ARTICLE I. IN GENERAL
Sec. 12-1. Use of streets for sale or display of goods, wares, etc., prohibited; exception.
It shall be unlawful for any person to use the streets or alleys of the city for the purpose of vending or displaying goods, wares, merchandise, produce or other articles or for the purpose of peddling goods, wares, merchandise, produce or other articles. This section shall not apply to any person who offers for sale any product raised or grown upon property owned or rented by him, or under his control.
