§ 90.12 ENFORCEMENT.

(A) Signs shall be conspicuously posted and placed at the Madisonville city park and be constructed not less than twelve (12) inches by eighteen (18) inches in size, bearing the words “Warning: Feeding of Waterfowl and/or Dropping off of Waterfowl Prohibited”.

(B) Section 90.11 may be enforced by and Animal Control Officer, Code Enforcement Officer, or other law enforcement officer and/or his/her designee in the city.

(C) Sections 90.13 through 90.16 and §§ 90.30, 90.31 shall be enforced by any police officer, Animal Control Officer, Code Enforcement Officer, and/or authorized officer of the Humane Society.
