§ 155.38 ACTION.

The Planning Commission will review the preliminary plat and approve, approve with conditions, postpone, or disapprove the plat within 90 days of the agenda placement. Reasons for approval with conditions, postponement, or disapproval shall be noted in the minutes and made available to the developer, the design engineer/surveyor, and the City Engineer in writing.
