§ 130.10 ERECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF COAL-LOADING TIPPLES.
   The erection or maintenance of any coal-loading tipple in the city where coal is crushed, or graded, or screened, is prohibited and the erection or maintenance thereof declared to be detrimental to the city and the inhabitants thereof.
