§ 130.07 INJURING GRASS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to tramp on, injure, or destroy any grass, flower or shrubbery, or to injure or destroy any shade tree in any public building yard, or to throw any paper, litter, trash, or other substance on a public building yard.
