§ 117.15 RATE OF TAX; FEE.
   (A)   The license fee or tax upon an insurance company with respect to life insurance policies shall be based upon the first year’s premium, and shall be applied to the amount of such premium actually collected within each calendar quarter upon the lives of persons residing within the corporate limits of the city.
   (B)   The license fee or tax rate levied upon companies which issue life insurance policies, as hereinabove provided, is and shall be ten percent (10%) of the first year’s premiums as herein provided.
   (C)   The license fee or tax imposed upon each insurance company which issues any insurance policy which is not a life insurance policy is and shall be as follows:
      (1)   Casualty      10 %
      (2)   Automobile      10 %
      (3)   Inland Marine      10 %
      (4)   Fire and Perils      10 %
      (5)   Health         0%
