(A) Any solicitor that conducts a charitable solicitations campaign in violation of any part of this chapter shall be punished under § 10.99. Each day's violation thereof shall constitute a separate offense.
(B) Any person who violates § 111.10(C) shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
