§ 111.10 PROHIBITED METHODS OF SOLICITATION.
   The following methods of solicitations are and shall be prohibited within the city:
   (A)   Solicitations by telephone by persons employed and paid primarily for that purpose.
   (B)   Solicitations by means of coin or currency boxes or receptacles, except:
      (1)   When each such box or receptacle is serially numbered;
      (2)   When such box or receptacle is the responsibility of a bona fide member, agent, or member of the soliciting organization;
      (3)   When such responsible person is required to pick up each box or receptacle at the end of the solicitation period; and
      (4)   When the use of the number of such boxes is indicated on the form.
   (C)   Solicitation by any person within the right-of-way of a public street of a contribution of money from or to distribute any item of tangible personal property to any motorist traveling thereon.
