§ 95.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person convicted of a violation of any of the rules or regulations established under § 95.01 shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (B)   Any person convicted of a violation of any of the rules established under § 95.02 shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00)

   (C)   Any violation of § 95.03 shall be a misdemeanor and be punishable by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00). Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person who violates § 95.04 shall be guilty of a violation and shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).

   (E)   Any person who violates § 95.05 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each offense.
