(A) The park committee of the City Council is authorized and empowered to make rules governing the use of all the facilities of the city park and to prohibit the use of the park facilities to anyone violating any of the rules. The city park shall be closed each night at 10:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Any one who enters the park or remains in the park between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. shall be deemed to be a trespasser, and may be prosecuted pursuant to the provisions of KRS 511.060, 511.070 or 511.080. In the event there is a scheduled baseball game at Elmer Kelley Stadium or an activity being held at the city park clubhouse with the permission of the city which are not completed by 10:00 p.m., the park shall close immediately following the completion of such activities.

(B) The rules which the park committee is empowered to make by division (A) above shall be in writing and posted at some conspicuous place at or near the facility for which the rules are made.
