§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Violation of § 93.05 shall be a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00).

   (B)   Any person or corporation violating §§ 93.25 through 93.28 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), and/or shall be imprisoned up to, but not more than one hundred eighty (180) days.
   (C)   Any person cited for violation of the city fireworks usage ordinance shall be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) and not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence or offense. This fine shall be in addition to the permit fees where applicable.
