§ 91.56 SIDEWALK EXCAVATION.

Any excavation made in any sidewalk or under a sidewalk shall be provided with a substantial and adequate footbridge over or around said excavation. It shall be at least three feet wide and securely railed on each side so that foot passengers can pass over safely at all times.
