§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
   (B)   Failure to post numbers or for removal.
      (1)   Every owner, occupant, or agent of any building in the city, who shall fail to post numbers, or remove from any building the official numbers required by the provisions of § 91.05 shall on conviction be fined in the sum not less than two dollars ($2.00) nor more than five dollars ($5.00) for each offense and each day he shall so remain in default shall be deemed a separate offense and be punished accordingly.
      (2)   Any person who shall, without the authority of the owner or occupant or agent, remove from any building the official number as required by the provisions of § 91.05, or shall deface, injure or destroy any such number, shall on conviction be fined in the sum of not less than two dollars ($2.00) nor more than five dollars ($5.00) for each offense.
