It shall be unlawful for anyone to park in any one place any commercial vehicle on any of the public ways or streets of the city for a period of forty-eight (48) hours or longer. Any commercial vehicle left parked in any one place on any of the public ways or streets of the city for a period of forty-eight (48) hours or longer shall be deemed abandoned, and shall be subject to all existing regulations of the city pertaining to abandoned motor vehicles.
