(A) Applicable. To commercial and other general lighting and small power loads including schools and churches for primary or secondary uses whose maximum monthly billing demand during the last twelve (12)-month period does not exceed fifty (50) kW for more than one (1) month.

(C) Any GS-1A customer which has a tax exempt status under IRC Section 501 may elect to be charged an alternate GS-1A rate which shall be a customer charge of eighteen dollars and three cents ($18.03) per month and an energy charge of ten and eighty-seven hundreds cents ($0.1087) per kWh. Any such customer shall be limited to one (1) rate election per year. Prior to allowing such rate the city may require evidence of exempt status.
