(A) Designation: Temporary Service Rider.
(B) Availability. In any area served by the MMED electric system in accordance with MMED's terms and conditions for electric service.
(C) Application.
(1) To commercial service, residential and general service, secondary schedules for service to carnivals, fairs, circuses, construction projects and other temporary or transient business.
(2) All provisions of the applicable schedule remain effective subject only to the modifications and additional provisions prescribed by this rider.
(D) Monthly Rate.
(1) The applicable commercial service or general services secondary schedule, except minimum shall not be less than:
(a) Single-Phase Service $21.74 per month
(b) Three-Phase Service $32.61 per month
(E) Fuel Cost Adjustment. The above rates are subject to a fuel cost adjustment a specified in MMED's Rules and Regulations.
