§ 51.03 UNAUTHORIZED TAMPERING; DAMAGING SYSTEM.
   No person, other than an officer or employee of the city, or, not having a permit from one duly authorized to execute same, shall turn on or off any electricity from any line, transformer, or other mechanism or device, or otherwise interfere with or damage any component of the system.
