Final plats will be reviewed for content by the Planning Commission staff and then forwarded for appropriate review to the City Engineer and other appropriate and affected agencies within five working days of the submission deadline. Any additions, changes, or modifications requested by the reviewing agencies shall be reflected on revised blue-line prints. When all requirements have been met, the Planning Director shall place the final plat on the Planning Commission agenda. The final plat shall be approved or disapproved within 90 days of the agenda placement. Any action of disapproval shall be stated in writing and made available to the developer and the City Engineer. Upon approval, the plat shall be recorded in the Hopkins County Clerk's office.
