§ 155.48 TIME ALLOTMENT.

All public improvements, as shown on the approved construction plans, shall be satisfactorily installed no later than two years after the final plat has been approved for recording. Upon satisfactory installation of the required improvements, as-built plans shall be submitted to the City Engineer.
