§ 113.05 RESTRICTION OF EXPENDITURE FROM LAWFUL GAMBLING OPERATIONS TO LOCAL TRADE AREA.
   Each licensed organization which conducts lawful gambling activities within the City of Madison Lake shall expend a minimum of 90% of its lawful expenditures of funds derived from gambling activities for the direct benefit of the citizens living within the Madison Lake Trade Area. The Madison Lake Trade Area is defined in § 113.01.
