The terms contained in this chapter shall have the meaning described to them by the Minnesota Statutes and any successor statutes dealing with regulation of gambling.
ACTIVITIES. Charitable gambling and/or bingo.
GAMBLING ORGANIZATIONS. Shall be from the Madison Lake trade area.
MADISON LAKE TRADE AREA. The City of Madison Lake, all of Jamestown, and Leroy, and the part of Lime and Washington that is in the Madison Lake Fire District.
NET PROFIT. Profits less allowable expenses under the laws and regulations of the State of Minnesota relating to lawful gambling.
POLICE DEPARTMENT. The Madison Lake Police Department.
PREMISES. The place where the activities are to take place.
PROGRAM. A printed description including the following information:
(1) The address of the premises at which the bingo occasion will be held;
(2) The time when the bingo occasion will be held;
(3) The cost of each card or package of cards;
(4) The pay out for each game;
(5) The color of card to be used for each game.;
(6) The name and address of the organization conducting the bingo occasion;
(7) If packages of cards are to be sold, a description of the package indicating the number of cards and their color(s);
(8) A description of any special pay out; and
(9) A description of what is required to win each game.
