§ 33.080 EX OFFICIO MEMBERS.

The Mayor and the President Pro Tempore of the Common Council shall be ex officio members of the Labor Management Relations Commission, shall be notified of all meetings and other proceedings of the Commission, and shall be allowed to take part in discussions but shall have no voting power.
