The Labor Management Relations Commission shall have the authority to hire a full-time or part- time Executive Director at a salary to be determined by the Commission assuming funds are available. Before hiring a part-time or full-time Executive Director, the Commission must obtain written authority from the Mayor and the Common Council authorizing the expenditure of funds.
