§ 33.016 MEMBERS.
   The members of the Board of Public Works and Safety shall be the Mayor and two persons appointed by the Mayor. IC 36-4-4-2 notwithstanding, a member may hold other appointive or elective positions in city government during his tenure. The City Clerk-Treasurer shall be the Clerk of the Board.
