No motor vehicle repair work shall be permitted in conjunction with accessory off-street parking lots or areas provided in a residence district for a commercial or industrial use. The sale of gasoline and motor oil when permitted, in conjunction with accessory off-street parking areas shall be located with respect to residential properties so as not to create a nuisance.
